Sumaiya Gulshan immigrated to the United States from Bangladesh and pursued a career in data analysis in New York City. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in CIS from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Her journey in data analytics began with roles at Baruch College’s SACC and the Autism Society Habilitation Organization, where they honed their statistical analysis, data visualization, and machine learning skills.

Now, as the Grants Coordinator for SoHo Shakes, she combines her passion for data with her love for the arts. She identifies and manages grant opportunities, ensuring that SoHo Shakes can continue to challenge the mainstream narrative by leveraging her analytical expertise further.
